This is a comic strip titled Don't Stretch Now, from the series Elbro Needs Physio, created by Physio Benjamin Lou. The first panel features Mani yelling at Elbro to stop stretching his quadriceps before the badminton game. The second panel shows Mani seeing inside the quadriceps muscle through his special eyeglasses. Third and fourth panels feature the muscle fallen asleep from the stretch then being abruptly awoken and being subjected to a tendon tear.

Don't stretch

Is it good to stretch before sports? No. Stretching as a warm-up before sports increases the risk of injury during sports.
